Harmonian provides professional guidance and peer support to help people overcome life’s challenges and achieve personal harmony. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

Once notified of a successful payment and passed fraud review, access to the purchased product or service will be granted as soon as possible, though no guarantees are made regarding the timeliness of access.
Newsletter
If you request a download link for a free trial or purchase a license, your email address will be added to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the provided link in the newsletter emails. You may also join our newsletter from our blog.
Termination
Harmonian reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall remain in effect. If you have an account, it can only be terminated by Harmonian for material breach of these Terms and failure to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Harmonian does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmonian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services. In no event will Harmonian’s liability exceed the fees paid by you under these Terms during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmonian and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our Services or via email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
General Representation and Warranty

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Harmonian and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and it may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Harmonian or by posting a revised version. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be settled in the state and federal courts located in Boston County, Massachusetts, or through arbitration in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (JAMS).
